No one likes to grow older, but it is something that is inevitable. We all really want to look good and young forever but we have some bad habits which make us not only look older but age faster.
Here are some of those habits:

2. Not sleeping enough
Sleep deprivation causes dark circles under your eyes and droopy tired eye lids. This makes us look less healthy.

Going on crazy diets to lose X amount of weight in X days are actually bad for you. They aren’t healthy and losing a lot of weight in a short amount of time can cause wrinkles and make you skin sag as it is less elastic and doesn’t have time to adjust to the weight loss.
4. Sleeping on your stomach
Sleeping on your stomach causes your face to get smashed into the pillows which causes wrinkles.
5. Not Exercising
No surprise here, daily exercise helps lower cortisol levels and increases beneficial hormones like testosterone. Exercising also keeps us strong and flexible as we age.
Sugar makes you age quite a lot, sugar increases the wrinkles you will have, make you gain weight, and increase your risk of diabetes.
7. Neglecting eye health
Taking care of your eyes by applying creams prevents fine lines from occurring.
8. Junk food
Eating out everyday is going to take a toll on the way you look, not only will you gain weight but you won’t be getting the essential nutrients and vitamins you need to stay young and healthy.
9. Watching too much T.V
It’s hard not to binge watch a whole season of Daredevil but watching TV for can actually shorten your life span.
10. Wearing too much make up
Too much make up leaves our skin dry and irritates the skin. It can cause pimples and premature wrinkles and lines over time.
