Yup! Apparently, chocolate cake can ACTUALLY help you lose weight!


I know it seems too good to be true but¬†according to this research it found that those people who had cake with a healthy nutritious breakfast lost more weight than those who didn’t.


The reason is that once you have cake in the morning you don’t crave sugar throughout the whole day. You also happen to have the WHOLE day to burn off the calories from the cake.


This doesn’t mean that everyone should start eating cake for breakfast and expect to lose weight. But with a balanced diet and exercise, I’m sure chocolate cake for breakfast might be beneficial.
