Jordan Younger is a heath blogger with a lot of Instagram followers. She was a vegan who posted recipes and meals, all free from animal products such as meat, dairy and eggs.

But recently, she made other vegans very angry because she gave up her vegan life style. She claimed just eating vegetables made her extremely sick, and that she lost her hair, her periods stopped coming and she was tired all the time.

She realised her obsession with eating healthy actually made her UN-healthy. (Oh the irony)

She claimed she became addicted to healthy foods and juice cleanses.

Maybe we have to acknowledge the benefit of meat and protein in our diet, and the time to do that is NOW.
