Here are the foods:
1. Dates
Dates are the food we use to open our fasts. They also are rich in vitamins, minerals and a good source of dietary fiber.
2. Milk
Good for the bones and other nutrients like Vitamin K and magnesium. It also heals heart burn.
3. Barley
Full of fiber and B vitamins.
4. Figs
Full of Vitamins A, B1, B2, calcium, iron, phosphorus, manganese, sodium, potassium and chlorine.
5. Honey
Considered a natural remedy for many diseases such as cancer and heart disease.
6. Olive oil
Olive oil is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids and lowers risk of heart disease, high blood pressure and stroke.
7. Pumpkin
Pumpkins are great for lung health, prevents asthama, colon cancer, blood pressure and heart disease.
8. Grapes
Grapes purify the blood and strengthens the kidneys
9. Cucumbers
Cucumbers keep you hydrated, keeps you cool, flushes out toxins, helps in weight loss and cuts cancer.
10. Vinegar
Vinegar helps in weight loss, lowers blood sugar levels and improves symptoms of diabetes.
