Can cause diarreha because it contains Sorbitol which is poorly absorbed by our intestines and acts as a laxative.

Eating a lot of carrots can make you orange! Not like an Oompa Loompa ofcourse but enough to make ti a tiny bit obvious

People who saw meat especially men are calmer than those who don’t

Eating a lot of these can get you high XD
5. Margarine
Margarine makes you mad. Studies show people who have margarine are more irritable and aggressive
6. Coffee and tea
Drinking coffee and tea makes your body sweat which in turn cools you down.

Beetroots make you workout longer, they expand the blood vessels in your body making you able to work out longer and harder.
