Once again the people of the world was heartbroken when the images of 5-year-old boy, Omran Daqneesh, covered head to toe with dust and blood came into limelight. He was injured late on Wednesday in a military strike on Syrian city Aleppo.
Omran Daqneesh was pulled from the rubble of his home in the Qaterji neighborhood and rushed to a hospital. He was one of 12 children under the age of 15 treated on Wednesday.
The video footage shot by the Aleppo Media Center shows rescuers pulling him and other children’s from the rubble of a house and sitting them in the back of an ambulance.
