Death is the biggest reality of life. No one has control over time and sooner or later, we all have to die. Here is a list of 10 Pakistani celebrities who died at a very young age.
1. Nazia Hassan
Pakistan’s first iconic pop singer, Nazia Hassan, lost her battle against lung cancer and passed away at the age of 35. She is still known for her soulful voice and evergreen songs.
2. Waheed Murad
Waheed Murad was not only famous in Pakistan but also recognised globally. He was also known as the ‘Chocolate Hero’ of Pakistan. At the age of 45, Waheed was found dead lying on the floor with a betel leaf in his mouth. Nobody knows the reason behind his death.
3. Sana Khan
Pakistani model and actress, Sana Khan, died in a car crash at 28-years of age. She was travelling along with her husband, Babar, from Karachi to Hyderabad in a car when the car spun out of control and overturned. Sana died on the spot and Babar was badly injured.
4. Nadira
The gorgeous Pakistani film actress, Nadira, dominated Lollywood for eight years. In 1995, she was gunned down whilst leaving a restaurant during her early 30’s. The police investigated everyone including her husband but to no avail.

5. Marvi
Beautiful Pakistani film actress, Marvi, belonged to Sindh but within a very short time she strengthened her position in Lollywood. Marvi was fatally shot by a jealous lover near a traffic signal at Tariq road during her early 30’s.
6. Rani
Rani was one of the most successful actresses of subcontinent. Rani died of cancer on May 27, 2024 at the age of 46, just a few days after her daughter’s wedding.
7. Bilal Khan
On August 11, 2010, Bilal Khan was critically injured during an accidental gas explosion on a drama set. He died on August 14, 2024 at the age 32, just a day before his birthday.
8. Maria Khan
Model and film actress, Maria Khan, passed away due to a heart attack at the age of 28. She was laid to rest in her hometown Pakpattan. Maria also played a prominent role in Lollywood’s blockbuster movie ‘Muhabtaan Sachiyan’.
9. Farah Jehanzeb
Fashion designer and celebrity chef, Farah Jehanzeb, lost her battle against breast cancer and died at the age of 45. ‘Food Afternoon with Farah‘ was one of the most popular culinary shows on Geo TV.
10. Qabil Ajmeri
Qabil Ajmeri is recognise as a Indian-Pakistani Urdu poet. He is known as one of Urdu’s last romantic poets. Qabil Ajmeri died of tuberculosis in Hyderabad on October 3, 1962, at the age of 31.
