For Breakfast:
1. Tomatoes
They improve digestion and increase your metabolism. Having them at dinner may cause your stomach to swell.
2. Dark chocolate
Eating them for breakfast is great because they provide anti-oxidants, reduce risk of heart disease and have anti-aging elements. Having them as a snack is bad as they tend to increase body fat.

Oranges improve digestion and increase your metabolism which make it a great snack. The worst time to have them however is at breakfast as eating them on an empty stomach may cause irritation and gastritis.

Good for your heart and your mind. A good meal to have for dinner when your body is about to go without food for 7 - 8 hours.
