1. Hairless toes
If you have hair less toes that could mean you have poor circulation or a heart problem which needs to be looked at.
2. Foot cramping
If it’s a recurring issue it could mean you have nutritional deficiencies or could be dehydration. You might also want to increase your intake of potassium, magnesium and calcium.
3. Numbness in both feet
Peripheral neuropathy, which means that the nerves that carry messages from the brain to the spinal cord are damaged or diseased.
4. Cold feet
The reason you consistently have cold feet could be because of hypothyroidism. Hypothyroidism is when your body lacks a sufficent thyroid horomone.
5. Sore toes
This could be a sign of rheumatoid arthritis, it’s often felt in the smaller joints like the toes.

You could have a fungal infection such as onychomycosis

Could be the start of osteoporosis or a stress fracture.
10. A sore that won’t heal
This could mean that you have diabetes or skin cancer. A non healing wound could be skin cancer while stubborn sores could be uncontrolled glucose levels.
11. Stinky feet
Could be hyperhidrosis where a persons sweat glands overproduce sweat.
12. Enlarged big toe
Could be gout or inflamatory issues
