Unless you don’t want anyone to speak to you, want tooth aches and mouth diseases then please by all means don’t brush your teeth. But if you are one of those people who wants to keep their teeth healthy and clean, make sure you aren’t making these mistakes while brushing your teeth:

1. You brush too hard

Brushing your teeth really hard is bad for your teeth and gums, brushing too hard can over stress the gum tissue causing it to recede exposing part of the tooth making your teeth sensitive to hot and cold.
