A burger isn’t only something you eat, in Pakistan, it is also the definition of a type of person who has the traits of a westerner or is influenced by western culture.

Here are some signs your friend is a burger:

1. They are a total SNOB!

2. They speak Urdu in an English accent and it’s funniest/most annoying thing you hear all day

3. They’re more informed about what an idiot Donald Trump is than about what’s happening in their own country

3. They think Raheel Sharif is related to Nawaz Sharif

4. They think Chai Walla is a Dhabba

5. They take pictures of their food and ask you which filter looks better

6. They SnapChat like their life depends on it

7. They use hand sanitisers like nobody’s business

And when you refuse to use hand sanitiser

8. They can’t bargain to save their life, they always end up paying more than anyone else would,

9. If something is not on GoogleMaps, they can’t reach there

10. If they’re not wearing something branded they’re not wearing anything at all.

They’re fashion sense is on point… in America that is.

11. If there is a get together they have to know who all is coming at what time and for how long.

Also if the ratio is good or not:

12. If you take them to a desi amusement park or a slightly dingy looking street the first question is ‘Is it safe here?’

13. They don’t eat anything from Thelas because, “eww! It’s so unhygienic!”

14. And the best part is, they will never accept that they are actually burgers
