Some offices all over the world have the worst culture ever! It’s unfair illogical and makes no sense at all.
If this happens at your work place, it means your office culture sucks!
1. You get penalised for coming in late but aren’t commended for staying late
2. Seniors ALWAYS come late and force you to sit late too!
When you ask to leave:

4. There’s more politics in the office then there is in the Parliament
5. You aren’t respected
6. No one helps one another
7. Co workers conciously want others fail
8. No one trusts each other
9. A lot of people leave the office
10. Your boss is not approachable
11. Your boss takes credit for your work
12. You’re doing the work of 3 - 4 people
13. You get none of the bonuses your boss gets!
