We all have our morning routine. We wake up, hate waking up so early and then do our business. There are some things we should not do first thing in the morning.
Things like:
1. Hitting the snooze button
Those extra ten minutes of sleep do seem great, but instead of feeling refreshed you’ll wake up feeling groggy.
2. Staying in bed
The blanket may seem comfortable and you don’t want to move. You should however stretch while in bed as that will build confidence and wake you up.
3. Drink Coffee
Having coffee first things in the morning isn’t good for you. Having it before 9:30 am will slow down your body’s cortisol which will make you feel less energetic
4. Hot shower
Sure it may feel great but hot showers make your muscles relax and slow down your heart rate making you feel tired. Cold showers suck but are the way to go.
