Magnesium reduces wrinkles and combats pimples. It can be found in spinach, nuts, beans fish and whole grains.
3. Omega 3 fatty acids
These supplements can slow down the aging process. Can be found in fish, walnuts, eggs and flax seeds
4. Turmeric
Make a paste out of turmeric and massage it into your face. It will make your skin glow, prevents oily skin and acne and has anti aging properties.
5. Vitamin D
Get some sun because Vitamin D comes from sunlight and helps protect you from chronic diseases such as cancer, diabetes and bone loss.
