All women want the same thing, to eat as much as they want and not get fat. Sadly that is not possible so women have to resort to exercise to eat whatever they want. These exercise burn the most fat, make you stronger and give you that body you want.
1. The Squat
It’s the total leg workout. If you just do squats you’re working out your entire legs. It’s a great compound movement (It works a lot of muscles together) which burns a lot of calories. Do make sure your form is perfect
2. Deadlift
This may seem as an exercise which only men should do but women should do it too! It’ll raise your overall strength and will burn more calories at rest because it works that many muscles together. It’ll also give your glutes shape and fix your lower back problems.
3. Bridges
These will help you get the butt you’ve always wanted. It’ll also help you with lower back pain and posture problems.
4. Over head press
Looking for those toned arms? They don’t come from bicep curls or tricep extensions but from the over head press. This exercise will give your upper body shape while working your whole arm together.
5. Push ups
Toned arm and a strong upper body. This exercise can be done any where and will tone your arms and tighten your chest muscles.
6. Kettle bell swing
Yes this exercise may seem strange but is a great total body workout which can also be used as a finisher for every workout. It also is like doing cardio! Forget running just swing a kettlebell.
