Bride Shaves Head On Wedding Day In Support Of Husband With Terminal Cancer

A brave bride has paid her terminally ill husband a touching tribute by shaving off her hair during their wedding reception.

Childhood sweethearts and newlyweds Craig and Joan Lyons have known each other for over 30 years.

Joan decided to cut off her hair after she walked down the aisle with her new husband.

After the head shave, Craig said, ‘It was the obviously the first time I had seen Joan without her hair and she looked beautiful, absolutely stunning.’

Craig said he’s always known Joan was the woman of his dreams.

Joan donated her hair to the Little Princess Trust, a charity that creates wigs for children who’ve lost their hair during cancer treatment.
