Saba Qamar showed her potential in Pakistani film Manto as Noor Jehan. She was widely appreciated, and even noticed by people in Bollywood.

Saba Qamar signed a role for her first Bollywood movie with Irrfan Khan who has done critically acclaimed films like Piku and lunchbox. Her Bollywood Launchpad is director Saket Chaudhary who has earlier directed films like Pyaar Ke Side Effects” and “Shaadi Ke Side Effects”. Her debut film is yet to be titled.
