Yesterday this video footage emerged of a man getting into a scuffle with the traffic police

In the video it seems as though three police men are beating up a poor man for no good reason. The man’s name is Mr Shafiq. Mr Shafiq argued that the police would not let the man park his car where he wanted even though other motorcycles were parked there. Words were exchanged and a scuffled ensued.

WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED THOUGH

Anger management issues much Mr Shafiq? Yeah so turns out Mr road rage here is just a maniac looking for a fight which he got.
