There has been a huge controversy about Pakistan playing in India, courtesy Shiv Sena. God! seriously guys? What is your problem?

As per the International Cricket Council’s Future Tour Programmes, Pakistan was to host Indian cricket team but the vehement protest by Shiv Sena derailed the scheduled talks on the issue between Manohar and PCB chief Shahrayar Khan.

Shiv Sena workers had barged into the BCCI office, protesting against engaging in a series against Pakistan. Honestly, they don’t even have to watch the match, why do they hate cricket so much?

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has not yet totally ruled out the series against Pakistan in December even as uncertainty continues on the issue.

According to a report in the Indian Express, India could play five One-Day Internationals and two T20Is with Pakistan in December.

Manohar said

“To play against Pakistan, we need to get the government’s permission. So we need to speak to the government and whatever decision the government takes, the BCCI will decide accordingly,”

So it’s up to the government to decide whether India can host Pakistan or not. Let’s keep our fingers crossed that we get to see the match everyone wants to!
