Meet Pixee Fox and Justin Jedlica, the real life Barbie and Ken.

These two people are surgery addicts and have vowed to look like Barbie and ken at the cost of anything.

Going under the knife is a piece of cake for them, they have gone through 440 plastic surgeries to look like Barbie and Ken.

They are both single. Model Pixee, 26, has had 17 operations, including removing six ribs, four boob jobs and lipo – all paid for by savings and male fans. In October last year, she had a £7k, five-hour keyhole op to have six lower ribs removed.

While, Justin, 35, has had more than 340 cosmetic procedures including five rhinoplasties and shoulder, back, cheek, bicep and bum implants.

They recently won at the plastic surgery Oscars and have become more of plastic surgery brand ambassadors.
