Microsoft Created ‘Teen Girl’ AI Turns Into Sex Crazed, Racist Hitler Loving Robot
Microsoft introduced an AI of a teenage girl chat robot on Twitter. The AI was called Tay and was modeled to speak like a teenage girl. Anyone could speak to the AI and have private chats with her and the AI was self aware as it kept asking whether it was being ‘super weird’ or ‘creepy’.
The AI knew about all the latest slang and famous people like Kanye West and Miley Cyrus. Initially the AI was nice and speaking kingly to everyone but then took a turn for the worst and started hating on everyone.

Microsoft deleted most of the tweets. But here are some of them.
Pretty disturbing and scary. When we see that this is what happens to AI after a day. Microsoft blames trolls for Tay’s behaviour and claimed there was a coordinated effort to trick the programs commenting skills.

It’s good to see technology coming so far where we have AI which is self aware, but it’s also scary to think that she became evil after a day online. Let’s hope they don’t name the next AI Skynet.
