Pakistan beat India with a huge margin of 50-31 in the 3rd Asian Kabaddi Championship and claimed the title.

It was the last match where the rivals met for the championship title. Pakistan had won before in 2012 too.

The championship took place in the form of a league format with seven teams going against each other. Teams such as India, Iran, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Pakistan.
