Along with other absurd and bogus points regarding women in the Women Protection Bill, The Council of Islamic Ideology proposed that husbands should be allowed to “lightly beat defying wife.”
The proposal caused uproar on social media. People, especially women, reacted and opposed the bill. Photographer Fahhad Rajper also responded with a series of photos of inspiring women.
