Saba Qamar is going to make her Bollywood debut soon. Saba Qamar made her film debut last year as Noor-e-Jehan in the Sarmad Khoosat movie, Manto.

In this debut Bollywood film, Qamar will star opposite The Lunchbox actor Irrfan Khan.

“It’s a family-oriented story of a husband and wife. It has a young, fresh vibe and the wife is a little dominating. People will surely like it,” she said in an interview. “The film is a little like that Deepika film, Piku.”

The film will be directed by Saket Chaudhry who previously directed hits like Shaadi Ke Side Effects and Pyaar Ke Side Effects. Qamar will start shooting for the movie in July, 2016 after she’s done shooting Wajahat Rauf’s Lahore Se Aagey in Pakistan.
