A professional body builder, famously known as Romario Dos Santos, injected his arms with oil, pain killers and alcohol to make his biceps bigger.
The results could definitely be seen, but health related issues have made his doctors seriously consider amputating his arms.
He isn’t the first person to go through this. Greg Valentino had a similar issue and is known as the man who’s arms exploded! He injected himself with dirty needles causing an infection full of pus on his bicep which exploded
And to our horror - these two weren’t the only ones who tried this either! There are many people who have used synthol injections to modify their arms and bodies.
