At 17, Moshe Cavalin has accomplished more than many people do in a lifetime.
Life is full of contrasts for Cavalin, a 17-year-old from San Gabriel, California, who has rushed for important milestones such as his age seems to lag behind. He graduated from community college at the age of 11.
Four years later, he had a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles. This year, he started online classes to get a master’s degree in cyber security through the Boston area in Harvard University. This extraordinary teen has published two books and secured a high-profile gig at NASA. He helps NASA develop surveillance technology for airplanes and drones.
Like other teens, Cavalin still finds time for extracurricular activities – he competes in martial arts tournaments, plays the piano and holds a pilot’s license.
