
The three dimensional TORONTO sign in the Canadian city was lit in Pakistan flag colours of green and white on Tuesday in solidarity with the victims of Lahore Blast.
At least 72 people were killed and hundreds injured, many of them children, when a suicide bomber blew himself up at Gulshan-i-Iqbal park in Lahore Easter Sunday.
John Tory, the mayor of Toronto tweeted that the sign is lit in green and white to remember the innocent victims of the blast.

He also tweeted to clarify that they hoped to have it lit in their memory sooner but the sign had technical issues.

He also announced that there was to be a vigil at Queen’s Park to honour the victims.
A vigil will be held tonight at 8pm at Queen's Park to honour & remember those lost in Lahore. Hope to see you there.
